I am going to start this month's "View From The Top" with a statement that I have never made before:
"I believe that 2008 is going to be our break out year!"
This is it! This is the year that we have been working to see for the past ten years. This is the year that we plan to bring it all together. Here's how:
- Improvement of our Managed Organizational Marketing Plan and ClubAdvantage Business Building System (ClubAdvantage 2.0)!
- Improvement of our Cooperative Advertising Program!
- Improvement of the ClubShop Malls - more convenience, more value, more locations and more direct tracking!
- Introduction of our Targeted Marketing Program!
- Improvement of our Affinity Group Program!
- Massive offline launches of our ClubRewards Cards in the U.S., Europe and Caribbean!
- More Workshops and Conferences than we have ever had before!
- Improvement of our Compensation Plan for our hardest working VIPs!
- Development of software and acquisition of hardware!
- Expansion of management and support staff, to include our first European staff and offices.
We have spent the past ten years laying the foundation and building the infrastructure and systems to make the biggest quantum leap in DHS Club history. This is it! 2008 is the year!!!
And we have already started to get ready for the explosive growth we are anticipating. We have just purchased another server computer to handle the new "Personal Replicating Webpages" that we will be releasing this month, as the first of many improvements you will see that represent ClubAdvantage 2.0.
On February 1st, we will be announcing improvements to our Compensation Plan that will include increased Executive Director Bonuses, an expense paid resort trip for 2 Star and higher Executive Directors, and our first ever Company Revenue Sharing Bonus for 3 Star and higher Executive Directors!
In addition, we will be creating new Side Volume requirements for all levels, to encourage proper organizational development and improved personal profitability for the VIPs that really follow "the yellow brick road".
Look for my travel schedule to also be released this month, along with the anticipated launch date and locations for the ClubRewards Cards program.
Put it all together and you have a time that it is FANTASTIC to be a VIP, if you are ready, able, and willing to learn how to apply new methods to advertise, market and communicate with your Members and VIPs.
In 2008 it won't "just keep getting better". And it won't be just "that the best is yet to come". Lord willing (and I believe that He is!), we will be able to offer the absolute, best business and consumer opportunities available in the world!
If you have ever worked hard in your life to realize your dreams, now is the time.
